Lux IPTV Disclaimer

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Important information about IPTV technology, the nature of the Lux IPTV service, third-party apps and brands, your responsibility as a user and the use of this site.

IPTV technology

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a technology that delivers television over the internet. It is legal in itself and used by many operators and broadcasters. Whether a given use is lawful depends on the rights to the content being streamed and on the law where you watch.

The nature of the Lux IPTV service

Lux IPTV is an internet streaming service. Lux IPTV doesn't produce the programs available through the service and publishes no rights agreement with any channel, broadcaster, league, studio or other rights holder. Nothing on this site should be read as announcing such a partnership. Channels, their names and picture quality may change depending on sources and programs.

Important: use any IPTV service, including Lux IPTV, in line with the law that applies where you are.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for how you use the service, in line with the law of your country. It is up to you to make sure your use respects the copyright, licensing and broadcasting rules that apply to you. This means:

  • checking local law to find out whether the use you have in mind is allowed where you live;
  • following the law where you live and where you watch;
  • using the service in line with our terms of service, in particular personal use only and no rebroadcasting, reselling or sharing of your login details.

Lux IPTV is not responsible for misuse of the service, unauthorized access or any breach of the law by a user.

Third-party apps and brands

The third-party IPTV apps named on this site (Hot Player, IPTVX, Smarters Player Lite, IPTV Blink Player, TiviMate, etc.) are players published by third parties: they contain no channels and are not affiliated with Lux IPTV. Trademarks, logos and product names that don't belong to Lux IPTV are the property of their respective owners; they are mentioned only to show compatibility, without any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

VPN apps

If you use a VPN app, the Lux IPTV app offers a dedicated playlist ("Lux IPTV – VPN"). This technical option changes nothing about your obligations: your use of the service must remain lawful where you are.

Copyright

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. If you believe content available through Lux IPTV infringes your rights, send us a notice following the procedure on our copyright and DMCA page.

No legal advice

The information on this site is general information and is not legal advice. For any question about copyright, licensing or the use of IPTV, ask a lawyer in your country.
