This policy explains what personal data Lux IPTV collects through this site (lux-iptvs.com) and when you order, ask for a trial or contact our team, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. See also our terms of service.
1. The data we collect
We only collect the data needed to activate, manage and support your subscription:
- your WhatsApp number and the messages you exchange with our team, since orders, free trials, renewals, refunds and support all go through WhatsApp;
- your order information: the length you chose, the order date, the payment method and the login details assigned to you;
- information you choose to give us for setup or support, such as your device or the app you use.
This data is never sold or rented out.
2. WhatsApp buttons and forms
The order, trial and contact buttons on this site, and its forms (contact, trial request), don't send us anything by themselves: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
To do this, they go through a short redirect on this site, which passes the pre-filled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan you chose, or the name, device and message typed into a form). Like any page address, this text may appear in the server's technical logs described below.
Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy policy.
3. Payment
Payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App are processed by the payment provider concerned, under its own privacy policy. Never send your card number in a WhatsApp conversation. A cryptocurrency payment is recorded on the blockchain concerned, where transactions are public by nature.
4. Cookies and technical data
This site uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookie and no marketing pixel. It shows no cookie banner, because it sets no optional cookies.
Like any website, the host may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) in its logs, for security and to keep the site running.
Third-party services you open from this site, such as WhatsApp or an app store, may set their own cookies under their own rules. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your data is never sold and is not passed on to advertisers.
6. Who may receive your data
Your data is only shared when necessary:
- with WhatsApp, which we use for orders, trials and support;
- with the payment provider used for your payment, for the payment data only;
- with the host of this site, for technical connection data;
- with the authorities, when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data for the length of your subscription and for as long as reasonably needed to handle renewals, support, any complaints and our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure, so keep your login details to yourself as well: they are personal. If you think they have been exposed, let us know quickly on WhatsApp.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you (for example US state privacy laws, or the GDPR in the European Union), you may have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, message our team on WhatsApp from the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before answering. If you think your rights have not been respected, you may be able to complain to the data protection or consumer authority where you live.
10. Minors
Lux IPTV is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect their data. If you think a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of its last update.
