This site has no customer account area: renewals, login details and help all go through the Lux IPTV team on WhatsApp. Always include your username.
Renewal: each plan is paid once for its whole length. To keep watching, pick a length: 1 month ($8.99), 3 months ($19.99), 6 months ($34.99), 12 months ($59.99) or 24 months ($99.99). The content is the same in all of them. Send us the length you want and your username on WhatsApp; the button below opens the message already written.
Payment: Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App, with a 4% service fee; or cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT), with no fee. Prices are in US dollars.
Lost login details or a connection that stopped working: Your login details (username, password and server URL) were sent to you after payment confirmation. Can't find them, or the connection no longer works? Message us on WhatsApp and the team will help you get back in. Never post your password in a public message.
One connection at a time: You can install your account on several devices, but it works on one at a time. To add a device, our IPTV setup guide shows where to enter your login details; if you need a Downloader code or an app link, the team gives it to you on WhatsApp.
